Ashwagandha

I was for awhile, but it made me gain weight and not look any leaner. Mind you, this was while I was cutting. So I stopped taking it to drop weight. I will probably add back in during a bulk.
 
I take it and love it. I use it as a sleep aide. It also helps keep body fat down to a small but noticeable degree. I was using NOW's (which is prob what you are using at 450mg), and just switched to sensoril. It has only been a couple of days on sensoril so no final judgement yet, but both have worked well for sleep so far (combined with relora).
 
I am not acting uneducated nor dumb. I am making a genuine observation upon my results. I have added and removed it from my supplement regiment two times and noted the weight difference both times. I read studies on ergo-log where it causes fat-loss, muscle gain, and strength increases; however, I did not visually see any leanness. I was hoping for a recomp, and it may have been doing that. Of course, I could have more than the allotted amount of fat to see any lean gains which would cause my weight to stagnate.

I tried this supplement out because of the studies I had read; however, I have not seen anyone else use use it or run a log of it, so I have nothing to compare my observations to. I would love some feedback about it honestly.
