Articles allow only one reply to be viewed, but allow more than one reply?

I noticed that all articles have a max of only 1 viewable comment... but people can keep commenting on the article, you can just never view the actual posts. Is this a known issue? I couldn't find it during a search.
 
Not sure what you mean....can you explain it further?
 
When I click on an article from the side, I can usually only see one reply. If I make a post or reply, it says it's been made but still only shows one reply after. Am I missing something?

I see them all in there as well. There's been a couple I posted on where I never saw my posts though, or more than one when it said there were like 3 posts or something. I'll take a look for them and link to them here
