I like the 90 minute max workout...none of this 45-60 minute ***got ****

Also, I'm not so sure about the comment relating to switching the bench press for dips on Olympic rings. From my experience and research, dips may be one of the best muscle building exercises but it comes at a high cost: destroying your anterior delt joints.

Also, it hurts even more on the Olympic Rings...at least for me
 
Great the very first question was right on, I have been experiencing the same problem when doing those same exercise and sort of figured I must use my core more thanks for putting it in words now I know exactly what to do.
