Well written! To many guys are to (must be clean foods) only and loose focus on the more important aspects if dieting.
 
I've talked to guys on steroids who say they eat whatever they want whenever they want. Pizza, fast food, etc and believe me they have amazing physiques. If drugs are such a huge part of bodybuilding why do people say diet is most important. I would assume this is more geared toward naturals? Some of the most ripped and huge guys I know use steroids and eAt like ****. I don't get it and it's extremely frustrating
 
well I eat a lot of home made foods, in fact everything i eat is home made so its hard to add up the calories plus I hear its nearly impossible to accurately find your maintenance calories, at best its just a guess and changes all the time. All I know is Im gaining weight and losing fat so i must be doing something right. And I didn't even have to hire a "guru" lucky me.
 
I ran out of oats this morning so I put Dora the Explorer cereal in my post workout shake to get some carbs.

Actually it's near impossible to gain weight and lose fat at the same time without steroids or other drugs. This isn't a suggestion. It's literally 99 percent impossible for someone who is natural to do this.

It doesn't have to happen at the exact same time genius, you can gain muscle and lose fat over the course of a few months, lose fat half the time gain muscle half the time. spend a week building and a few days losing ect ect.
