The flip side to this of course, and the UGLY side of the supplement industry, is precisely due to the lack of regulation, companies can put any and all kinds of outlandish claims on their products, use mystery 'proprietary blends', and with a bit of clever marketing and carefully placed "reviews", essentially get away with fraud on a massive scale! For all the criticism you can throw at the pharmaceutical companies and FDA, they are not guilty of such brazen scam tactics, as they simply couldn't get away with it.
Not to split hairs, but it isn't a conspiracy, with the pharmaceutical companies trying to prevent us from having effective products. Most of the time the "supplement" was not compliant with the law (DSHEA), and therefore was never a legal supplement in the first place.
Is baking soda compliant with the law? Not when the agenda is to cure cancer!
Take off your tin foil hat. You've obviously never been exposed to or worked with a federal agency. It's not difficult to sue to government either. I guess conspiracy theories are easier than facts though.
I think someone needs a little help with their grammer! If you want to talk conspiracy theories talk to Mr. w_llewellyn as he is the only one who mentioned it. Also can you give references to your fact because I can with mine. Do your research son!
You spelled grammar wrong you moron. I'm a lawyer and have seen the government successfully sued countless times. Your use of "son" alone is proof that you're too uneducated to argue with.
The goal is to educate not to argue. You still refuse to provide any reference to your ideologue as fact is well documented and easy to obtain. I guess propaganda is a lot easier to push than the truth. Obviously your one of those far lefties with no sense of humor when you can't see sarcasm, even when it slaps you in the face, son.
