Article: What Deadlift Is Right For You?

Solid read! I love in so many ways the way conventional deadlift and always will! But lately, I've grown very fond of the sumo deadlift. Its a different feeling than conventional and having long limbs and torso, imo, make the sumo easier and safer! I do enjoy the trap bar too, but my gym doesn't have one. Any opinions on what's best for long or short limbed lifters?
 
I have been a conventional dead lifter since my journey started. I love the expression on this great read "picking your poison when dead lifting". Mine is ass down chest out and struggle like hell off the floor cruise on lockout!!!

That used to be me too! Maybe I need to work on my flexibility!
