RP 95 RM is the ultimate form of growth. Hypertrophy naturally occurs because the rest is so short giving hypertrophy 95 RM!!! Can't beat it but yes the cns takes some hits.
 
very similar to DC training. Interesting notes about the slow and fast gainer. May have to do a small alteration of my programs and attempt to incorporate that, see if anymore gains occur.
