Personally what would you find better to dose pre preworkout meal? Slin sane or slin trol?

My Pre-workout meal is usually P+F alone, i backload my carbs, so i would not utilize either. but both would work.

I'm sorry but this article was very poorly written. Please proof read before posting articles. The information is also not presented well. (You used too many parenthesis) and misspelled words and run on sentences.

I understand what u mean. I wasn't really trying to be a dick, though I'm sure it came off that way. I found some of the article informative, but the mistakes were very distracting. I really meant it to be constructive.
