Can we please see the studies that show "breakfast eaters lose significantly more muscle mass than their late-eating counterparts. Conversely, the late eaters preserve their muscle, which is a primary indicator of many positive things, including overall health."
I am just curious because after 20+ years of lifting, training, and training others, I have never run into anyone that ate a big breakfast (or early calories) and lost significant muscle mass by not eating these calories late at night.
