Isnt the cellular muscle damage that induces increased Igf-1, and Hgh output, thus creating a bigger/stronger muscle? So it might be good in mostly aerob or endurance based sports where they already have enough muscle for that activity and just want to maintain it regardless the amount of aerob work. But for bbers? Im not sure... Someone please give me a clue.
