Article: Ultimate Back Move

I always enjoy reading the Bruno articles. Guy always comes through with good exercises and explanations.
 
I've been doing these for some time now and it has definitely improved my upper back. You wouldn't think that it would be that much of a difference from a conventional DL, however you'll realize it is for a couple days following your workout.
 
I'll definitely give these a shot - but I'm betting they won't feel a whole lot different than a Reeves deadlift, but it will surely be less taxing on my hands.
