Article: Twice A Week Workouts

I mean, it appears to be a very simple, easy-to-follow program. It addresses the "Big 3". I would probably do Box Squats and include some sort of unilateral leg work plus some direct ab work. I wish my gym had a safety bar to perform squats with. I would probably rather do a BB bench press as opposed to a DB bench.
 
Good choices in movements and equally good alternative movements, but I'm a bigger fan of push-press and push-jerk than military press.
