Great talk my friend!! I am a female strength athlete and i conquer in some of the things you said. Unfortunately i have to read articles like yours since anything about female strength is **** !! I am a natural athlete ,very careful with my training eating and rest ... Everything else i take it and i may use may not.. i do strength events pulling cars ,trucks, limos etc bend metals , bend nails i do all . Thanks on the article. By the way always been a more pull than push .
