These all have to do with making your muscles more full with fluids (blood, glycogen/water). Won't that sort of take away the lean/shapely look, or is water-in-muscle a different way of storing water than normal "water weight" that makes one look swollen (in a bad sense of the term haha!)? I suppose if the water is INSIDE muscle bellies, and not outside of them between the muscle and the skin, then you can still look just as cut with these methods? I am trying to figure this out.
