Check out Cron-O-Meter for tracking macros. It is free and I was blown away by how many foods they have in their library. It tracks macros and even tallies up vitamins, minerals, fiber, sodium, etc. You can also add in your own foods. There's also a nice pie chart breaking down macros as you go through the day.
 
Absolutely one of the best articles I have read on AM in a while. Sane and simple advice. I second the use of Cron-O-Meter. Most of the foods are American but after spending time creating my own it is awesome for macro tracking. If they added a barcode scanner like myfitnesspal I would happily pay for the app.
