I remember when lifting was all about getting as big as possible for me. Im glad im not like that anymore. All I have to do to gain more muscle is eat more but I'd rather stay lean and mean.

Funny no mention of follidrone?

I'm starting to go that route as well. Fits better with my body type and genetics

Also I think staying lean year round is much better for your heart. Keeping cardio function up is critical

Question is (as I am a novice): But why use HMB if HMB is an active metabolite of [leucine] that reduces muscle protein breakdown.... And then on top of that show that Leucine as a seperate active chemical? SHould using only Leucine & Creatine be appropriate... Also I get that this article is showing to use these in combination as stack, .. creatine [CrM], leucine and HMB....is my train of thought off?? Or is this stack of chems in the follidrone product?

There was a study done and published on Ergo that showed HMB despite being a metabolite of L-leucine worked threw different pathways and that taking the 2 together could be more beneficial that taking just one.

If I remember correctly they both activate mtor (precursor of protein syntheses).
