Excellent job. I loved the advice, the insights to gym-rats without a cause, freakish power-lifters are impressive and the benefit of similarities we all face and must continue to work towards in 2013. Thanks again.
 
Don't curl in my squat rack. Not when there's 75 pairs of dumbbells next to you and a ton of ez-bars built up already. I don't care if it's annoying for you to load 135 on a bar from the floor. You're going to be more annoyed when people who need to squat keep bugging you asking how many sets of curls you have left.
