Article: The Truth About Soreness

Great info. I welcome the DOMS into my life. We have a mutual agreement.
 
The only time I get sore is if I'm coming off a long break or if I do big lifts like squats and deadlifts. Otherwise soreness is minimal to non-existant. I can experience marked progresses without ever getting sore at all.

PS - This is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.
