Article: The Principle Of Kaizen

I like this article, motivational. Many of us are dedicated to out strength/physique goals, improvement and progression can be tackled from many angles and to be out best we need to find synergy with all of them.
 
My work uses these concepts. Unfortunately, most people don't truly grasp the concept of Kaizan. As fitness people it becomes an easy to incorporate philosophy. Thanks for giving some good and varied examples.
 
Thing is, the concept of Kaizen, Lean management & PDCA were invented by an american. Unfortunately our culture breeds impatience which cannot exist in a proper Kaizen world. Naturally, the Japanese picked up on this concept and embraced it much quicker and easier.

Kaizen simply means "change for good". This is a very successful concept to apply in manufacturing environments-just ask Toyota-the world leader in kaizen. Bodybuilding is all about manufacturing muscle so there is good reason to believe it works here too.
