The market won't go away because the demand will always be there. It will just go underground or people will start buying regular black market steroids. Making steroids illegal hasn't stopped many of the professional bodybuilders (or other athletes for that matter) from using them. It will just make the manufacturing of them less controlled (read - more dangerous).

As far as prohormones go, if they are worried about young people being exposed, they should slap an age limit on sales, then let us old guys (who would actually benefit from them) make up our own minds, as some of us actually do know what we're doing. It amazes me the boys on the hill have time to sift through all this while the budget, education etc.. all continue going to heck in a hand basket.

So instead of just letting the whole realm of substances stay legal and with that have certain regulations that would actually make people safer, they want to ban it and drive people to UG labs to get it which is even more dangerous.
Yet tobacco and alcohol are still legal.
Why don't they ban junk food. Which has addictive substances and cannot be cycled except by those with really strong disclipline (cheat days for bodybuilders and athletes).

Personal responsibility means nothing nowadays. People are assumed to be too stupid to think for themselves.

As if there are not enough problems to be solving without them mucking about with this. Unemployment for one.

Pretty soon they are going to ban everything to be sold only by big pharma.
