Typically idiotic Men's Health article written in that annoying "snappy" manner. What a waste of time. How is this magazine still being published? It is disappointing to think there are that many dumb guys out there.

I agree - this is one drabby, regurgitated and inaccurate article. I suppose it would help newbies that eat even worse, but it's of no use for us strong athletes : )
 
This article also assumes we are all the same. So many things wrong with this one I do not know where to begin. I think individuals on AM know enough to be able to read this and realize it is what it is.
