Article: The Complete Guide to Biceps Training

Lol talking about genetics again. You can't shape your ****ing muscles without steroids. The only thing that determines whether or not you can shape a muscle is how your body responds to the drugs you take in and the source of the drugs you take in and how much you can take in without dying or going seriously ill. Seriously I want to hear one person say they shaped or peaked their biceps naturally beyond the point where it waa the first year or two of lifting. Getting it bigger sure. But you can reach your genetic arm potential with just bodyweight exercises. Striating and shaping the muscle to double peak, pop etc will never happen without chemical enhancement

You can't shape your muscles with steroids either. If your genetics do not support great-looking shape then steroids isn't going to help you. I knew some redneck boys when I was younger who liked doing steroids and their muscles got huge but they didn't look good. There's a difference between having large muscles and having aesthetically pleasing muscle shape. A lot of these pros to end up doing steroids would have looked good even if they had never done steroids. They clearly have good genetics with a frame that's great for putting muscle on. Personally though, I don't think huge steroid guys look good. I'm sure Serge Nubret (who looked awesome) used some steroids, but he's not a walking chemical factory like Jay Cutler, ect..

You can do bodybuilding training and improve the size and quality of your muscles but you cant really alter their shape. For example, doing concentration curls isn't going to make my biceps peak any larger. But I can try to develop my biceps to the best extent of their genetic potential. Luckily for most people, if you do bodybuilding training and build your physique, your muscles generally look good (we are all the same species after all). But of course some people are going to be able to pull it off better than others. That's just the way it goes. This is only troublesome if you're a professional bodybuilder. Otherwise, no matter how much you think it is, it's really not that big of a deal.

We guys who bust our butt in the gym to look good think it's a big deal, but to most regular people, they don't give a sh*t.

Personally, I found that the less direct arm work I did the faster/larger my arms grew. 5x5 worked wonders as did weighted pull ups and dips. Once I was able to squat, bench and dead over 300 my arms really grew and I only performed direct arm work once a week at best. And eating made the biggest difference. ..

Only supination works for biceps! Probation only for forearms.. Having genetic arms is gifted, you only need to develop and train harder. I found out that developing my biceps having d-load week and high load week. 5x5 for 20-25reps total. And high reps if not felling well. Having giving enough rest the more intend to for growth.
