Sean1332 This looks right up your alley. Bottom position looks kinda like a loaded wall squat and you can load more than a goblet squat. SweetLou321 rob112

Major problem here is load variance. Loading is highest in bottom position, where there is poorer leverage, and then lowest at top where leverage is maximum. This is an issue in normal squats anyway, where work through top range is limited by load that can be handled at the bottom (hence value of chains, or the principles Arthur Jones advocated by using cams), but in this case, the upper load is even less due to the increasing indirectness of load.
 
Uplift nobody should replace an actual barbell squat with these, sure. But these are a nice addition.
