I just want to comment that the loss in appetite only lasts about 4-6 weeks. At that point, the hormones start shifting and begin to work against ur goals. A prolonged caloric deficit, especially one void of carbs, will leave u starving and susceptible to binge eating later in the day. I just recently experienced this in my precontest diet.
 
Is it true that you will lose muscle doing this diet? I have heard mixed reports. Also can you weight train eating this way?
