Its funny how some of these splits have have more upper body than lower body days. That sounds great if you already have monsterous legs but horrible if you are built like a flamingo.

If you are training legs the right way, then 1 or 2 lower body training days per week is more than enough. Personally I don't feel fully recovered after leg day until about 5 days later.
 
I beg to differ. Your legs get accustomed to it. When I did a bro split I thought the same thing. Personally I hit everything 2xweek now and my legs are always less sore than when I did them 1xweek (about the same volume per workout too).
 
To each their own. From my bro-logic id rather hit each main body group as many times as I can in a week without frying my CNS. I do one hypertrophy day and 1 power/strength day. To each there own but if you havent tried it i suggest giving it a spin.
 
Monday- chest & front delts

Wednesday- back & rear, middle delts

Friday- biceps & triceps

Saturday or Sunday- legs
