Hahahahahahaha
Guys, they're right. Now lets just get back to our curls and leg extensions to avoid getting injured.
Oh, these are facts? Quite interesting.
Guys, they're right. Now lets just get back to our curls and leg extensions to avoid getting injured.
If that is your only argument, I feel sorry for you.
Actually leg extensions are out too they're bad for your knees
Don't be so sure even guys who lift with perfect form can get injured, when its your time its your time. But so what you can get in an accident driving and not working out is bad to. We're all dying and these are the risks we take so what it all comes down to is the article equals fill for the website.I can see where the author is coming from. If this is for the general public then yeah I can see why these movements are dangerous. Everyday when I walk into the gym I see people with horrible form who are just waiting to visit blow something out. Guys on the bench letting the bar slam and bounce off their chest, bros quarter squatting weights that are too heavy with a rounded back and over extended knees, people who practically incline bench their OHP, and worst of all people who round their entire spine during the lift of the deadlift and then immediately come down head first when they complete the lift. I'm certain for those of is here that have taken the time to practice good form this article is a joke. However, for the general gym goer who does ego lifts or doesn't give a rats ass about form I think this article is of use.
Because you are not stating facts, you are stating opinion and assumption.
It's funny, everyone is so hooked up on them downing the big lifts they use. Yet, fail to see the facts. Big loads DO break Down your body. And most new lifters ego lift. You can't expect to walk up and dead 400lbs your first time. Not with proper form. Same with squats and bench.
The fact is. Benching heavy all the time, it tears your shoulders and makes your range of motion go downhill fast. Squatting takes practice, and most new lifters don't know proper form. Will destroy their lower back and hips.
In today's society, most people have tight hips from sitting all day every day. They don't have functional joints. Most likely their body is tight.
So before you bash the article, look at the real facts.
