In the article “How To Look Awesome“ there there’s some formulas that can be used on yourself to give yourself a target.
You can put these in something like excel and then compare to your actual measurements.
It could help see in numbers what is approaching target and what is lagging.

I think these two articles go very well together.

Now I need to see an article that gives diagrams of the body and all the exercises that effect muscle group.

I took a look at my Triceps and I’m guilty of Triceps that look more like a half parenthesis.
Got me thinking. So I’ve got work to do.

Roman's Ratios for Looking Awesome

Arm size = 252% of wrist size
Calf size = Equal to arm size
Neck Size = Equal to arm size
Waist size = Lean condition w\waist (LCW)
Shoulder Size = 1.618 x LCW (Golden Ratio)
Thigh size = 175% of knee size

Reeves' Ratios:
Arm size = 252% of wrist size
Calf size = 192% of ankle size
Neck Size = 79% of head size
Chest Size = 148% of pelvis size
Waist size = 86% of pelvis size
Thigh size = 175% of knee size

Both articles are very impresiv, and accurate!

Found some digrams of the body and execises guide that effect each muscle group.

As far as my Triceps. It shows all kinds of excercises. But I don't know which ones effect the back half of my Triceps. To get the horseshoe look not the half parenthesis I presently have.
