This is exactly what I do every summer and winter seasons. Its been this way for me for the last 8 years. I do it this way for those seasons, then switch to 5×5 and DC TRAINING. Give it a shot!
Yeahhhhh i forgot we talking about Dough boys lol ( By the way you can lose fat if you do heavy and the right training and stop feeding your mouth that one works wonders on fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
