Article: Super Shrugs

Very good read. I'm currently trying to correct the problem you mentioned of having imbalance upper n lower traps which leads to the shoulders rolling forward. So now I kno to lay off shrugs fir while thanks.
 
LOL @ the very graphic description of someone doing traditional shrugs with heavy ass weight.
