^^^ I agree with 100 percent. There's so many people running around trying to call crap on tried and true methods. I love when people asking what I eat and how I lift. My answer has nothing to with with latest trends. Sorry, no leansgains, paleo, crossfit, or any other brotastic ideas that are rampant these days. It's 4 meals and 3 sets of 10. What's funny is I have been following a lot of the principles in this article for nearly 14 years and have put on almost 50lbs of muscle while staying between 6 and 12 percent body fat. Yet many of guys and girls that obviously "know more" than what years of research have shown, still look and perform like ****.
