Article: Stretching Through Plateaus

Stopped reading at stretching for muscle seperation. Stretching helps with flexibility and nothing else. They don't reduce DOMS, they have negligible effects on stretching the fascia and it does NOT seperate your muscles. Steroids and steroids only will cause noticeable muscle seperation. To think that stretching increases muscle recovery is a LIE. A brisk leisurely walk or shooting hoops on a rest day and dynamic stretching before working out will have a greater effect on strength and recovery than stretching

Edit:decided to read the article and of course it's about stretching the fascia. I am only going to say this once. There is NO reason to do stretching of the fascia (as described above) if you aren't doing steroids. All it's going to do is keep you out of the gym longer

Looks like this is straight from DC training. Ever since I started the DC training routine I've been lifting heavier than ever and not getting hurt. Is this because of the stretching? I can't say 100% but I've seen no negative side effects of doing any of these stretches. Not sure how stretching after a workout will slow your gains down. Can you explain?

How does the muscle fascia have anything to do with steroids?

It doesnt. Separation comes from muscle size, not steroids. The fascia constricts muscle size, so perhaps that's where the correlation begins.
What works for fascial stretching? Injecting something into the muscle, but not necessarily steroids, as daily injections aren't usually enough volume to work for fascial stretching. Synthol and MCT oil work well for fascial stretching.

I'm just not sure how ur conjecture about steroids has anything to do with stretching the fascia and separation...
