Article: Strength Trainers On Pullups

I really enjoy pull-ups. One of my previous trainers had me do this on recovery days.. 1 PU for one minute, 2nd minute 2 PU, 3rd min 3 PU, 4th min 4 PU, ect, ect, ect. We would keep going until we couldn't finish whatever amount it was we got stuck on in the minute we were supposed to finish. Best I've ever done is 15 rounds. That's 120 pull-ups in 15 min.
