They like over stating the dangers of supplements dont they, what about tylenol, thats pretty dangerous
 
Better idea let adults take what they want but restrict sales to minors save for supplements that GRAS by the medical community ie: creatine, whey, bcaas.
 
It's correct though, most supplements do not work - full stop. People are making big money from ripping consumers off. I'm coming from the TGA Australian market.
 
I like the idea if they truly screen snake oil products. It would be funny to watch all the bros freak out when supplement stores are left selling protein powders and various amino acids, coffee in place of high sugar caffeine drinks with magical muscle powers and multi-vitamins... and no one loses any mass.

lots of stuff does work, its up to u to know what something does and what to realistically expect. most of the problem is people expecting to much. u wont get steroid like gains from something that blocks estrogen but the sup does work.
 
Most supplements are a waste of money.
It would be a good idea if the FDA would step up. Lot of people getting rich for the ignorance of people expecting miracles from a supplement.
