I dont understand the test he describes at all; stand with back mildly arched and knees at 90 degrees and use the arms to push the butt to the heels? It should look like a sideways squat? Huh? The way he describes it sound like you start in a parallel squatted position. Does anyone have a better way to explain this or know where some pics are?

I like how the write up covers different angles of squat patterns incorporating the bio-mechanics of which muscles become the primary movers and where the center of gravity is found. Think I will try some lower back placement in the future.
