Dont try to go real heavy on the Scott Press, its hard on the cuffs, cuz your forcing them to rotate midway thru the movement. Thats why u dont see many dudes doing them,, delt wreckers.
I remember a Larry Scott article doing presses leaning over the db rack, elbows pulled back and wrist turned so pinkies are above the thumbs, like in the picture. Those are Scott presses.. what he's described is what I've always called Arnold presses...
