Article: Shirt Busting Biceps

Anyone who has good biceps generally doesn't get them by reading biceps articles.

Also, I like how the one picture is of an obvious steroid user.
 
I honestly don't get the fascination with huge arms. Even my 6 year old daughter knows better. Most little kids will say, "look at my muscles", and flex their bicep. Not my girl. She says, "look at my muscles", then turns around and lifts her shirt to show off her back. :)

IMO arms are like rims on a car; they can make or break a physique.
 
And biceps are easily seen and shown off. Unless you're a stripper most people aren't seeing your bare back. And you'll look like an idiot taking your shirt off and flexing your back. It's not a glamour muscle

Also, you're flexing your bicep in your avi.

Don't need to take off my shirt to show off my back son. And yeah, I am flexing my arm in my avi, but, do you blame me? :) I'm kidding, I haven't done any arm curls since I was a teenager, yet that's what I see *everyone*, i.e. men and women of all ages, doing in the gym every day. It makes me feel like an extra in a George Romero film, honestly.
