Article: Scientifically Proven "Train to Failure" Tactics

I only recently started training to failure again after maybe 1-2 years of not really touching it and the gains have been great. I am on a cut, but still strength gain are coming for my pull and my bench is holding about the same.
 
Interesting that CT Fletcher goes to failure on the last set usually and that some of his training methods are backed up by this research. Most people think he is just a crazy dude who does crazy things but apparently his style mixes willpower with some science.
