Article: Saturated Fat Isn't Your Enemy

Oh my goodness, about time someone shuts this board up about saturated fats and testosterone production. It just doesnt matter.

Sugars are mainstream science #1 enemy at the moment. So that doesnt surprise me that satty fats are displaced by sugar. They have to blame something I guess.

I didnt notice where they talk about the difference in how this fat metabolizes from others - that'd be the largest reason a bb'er would stay away from them.
 
The main reason for heart disease is sedentary lifestyles, not diet. People actually have access to a lot better food than they did 20 years ago, and a lot more of it. The main difference between people 20 years ago and now is, nowadays everyone is a fat ass. Our TV lifestyle is ubiquitous, even active people today do more couch time than lazy people did in years gone by.
