So are the increases +50 kCal to each DAILY TOTAL per week, or +50 kCal to the WEEKLY TOTAL, i.e. +~7 kCal to each DAILY TOTAL, per week?
 
In one area he mentions lowering carbs by 40 grams every 1-2 weeks.
Then he mentions adding 30-100 calories PER week, liking about 50 cals,(10 grams + 10 slop calories), this would be per week. I read this as you do it for the whole week, then bump up another 40 cals+10 cals the next.
I think that would be a lot easier then trying to add 7ish cals per day...
