I do agree with this. But holy smokes do you know how hard it is to hit 3500 calories on a LOW carb diet? It puts a major dent in the wallet that's for sure
^^ Easier to get 3500 on low carb than low fat! Ever heard of beef mince? Or nuts? Or eggs? Fat is over double the calorie density of carbs. If you cant get the calories low carb you are definitely not eating right.
