Article: Rep Range Matters Less For Strength

I know some powerlifters utilize higher reps as everyone is different, but dont most who train with strength as the goal use an even lower number of reps (1-5) than what this study utilized? Even at 6 reps it is no comparison to the jolt and development of the CNS when lifting submaximal weights.
 
Lol @ sqauts in the smith machine... Should of just had them do leg extensions.
