Can you provide more guidance on 'stretching it out a little' and pulse feeding. I usually take one serving of protein (micro whey by reflex) 30 minutes before my session. If I was to benefit from pulse feeding when do I start sipping and for how long? I.e. do I start at 30 mins before my workout and carry on throughout?

I can't can tell you exactly what they mean by stretching it out, but what I can tell you is for about a year and a half I use to drink Isopure during my workout and I had the best pumps best endurance and best recovery ever. I wish I could have to continue doing this but unfortunately Isopure is not the least expensive protein out there but I loved it it was wonderful while it lasted and that's that.
