I wouldn't mind seeing them in order of best to worst if possible... Want to see where Gaspari Superpump Max sits in particular...
 
Also all they said is look for these in your pre-work out. They said nothing about active doses' 1 out of 20 prework out might have one of the mentioned above
in the effective dose.
 
The article had so much potential.... First and foremost the article needs sources to back up its information. Also needs mg of products in order to receive their theoretical result.. It's missing some good ingredients ie: daa, agmatine, r-ala, niacin, etc.

As for the prepackaged preworkouts they are just listing every company with it listed in a proprietary blend and most likely does not have nearly enough of any of the ingredients besides stims that produce any dramatic effect.

Agree with you there... Considering they were only put in alphabetical order in the first place...
