Why do you bother reading these articles? Every comment you make is negative. You seem to think you know more than expert strength coaches, bodybuilders etc., but you actually know **** all. A couple of weeks ago you said something about not being able to change muscle shape by doing certain movements, and that only steroids could do it. One of the dumbest things I've read. Please, share your knowledge of how to get bigger. At 5'10 and 165, you must be able to tell us your secret.
I actually wrote a thread talking about high rep and pump sets being extremely under rated. They definitely cause extreme muscle growth. Try taking your shirt off after doing 50+ reps on arm workouts. You won't be able to get your arms over your head. It's insane how pumped your muscles get after high reps.
