Hmmmmm. Sounds potentially catabolic (systemically) for those who dieting, etc.

This is also good for fat loss but at what cost.

I can appreciate the article but the author should have added some disclaimers.
 
why do you say in a bulk??

In a deficit I like to get my nutrients in as soon as possible and I generally save my cardio for rest days or I do it a few hours after lifting and refueling. During a bulk you get that extra bit of recovery as stated in this article while at the same time minimizing fat gain
