Add a preWO supp to an energy drink? Thats prolly alot of caffeine.
 
thats the whole point ain't it

after a 10 hour day huffing boxes from a UPS truckInvalid Link Removed i need all the caffeine i can get...............does cause some headaches but not all the time. Give it shot on your serious heavy leg or chest and shoulders day.
 
I'm going to get a case of the Venom Sport drink by ALRI. I think bodybuilding.com has it for $50ish dollars or something like that.


Lately I've been drinking this energy drink called 'Shockwave'.


I've only seen them at Speedway gas stations. I get the light blue cans. They sell (2) cans for $3.00 which is a good buy.

It dosen't taste bad for being diet. It has a citrus taste to it. I think the liquid itself is orange.

It has coq 10 in it, however, I doubt you are actually getting any by the time metabolism occurs.

Nice gesture though.
 
I have not yet. I went to Vitamin Shoppe last night and they still only sell the small ones. I'd like to try the new flavors they have though.


I took 50mg of Ephedra (not ephedrine) yesterday at once and it kept me lit for 8 hrs with a headache. Probably vasodialation.


I drink 2 energy drink cans back to back, and usually that's suffice to get me going slightly. Its gotten to the point where I drink them for taste. I don't actually get anything out of them anymore.

thats how I am with fruit punch spikes. I guess the orange flavor tastes like orange soda.
 
Yea i go stictly by taste now. The only on that gets me goign naymore is that Radioactive i told you about Reaper, from Jewel.
I grabbed 2 SoBe just now. I used to like shockwave, Vegas is pretty good. Small size can. Good taste, decent boost.

I still gotta get me one of those new Spikes....

And as far as Energy drink and PreWO supp goes, id be crazy enough to try it...
Maybe ill try it with my Assault testing toward the end.
 
I like Radioactive. I got some last time I was in Schaumburg in Jan. I'll be going back there again in August, so I'll probably grab some more at Jewel Osco. There isn't a Jewel Osco where I live.


Supposedly the ALRI Venom Sport RTDs have Beta Alanine in them.

I tried this drink called 'Rooster Booster' and I bought the 'lite' version. It is a red liquid. This was last Thurs.

I'm not sure what the flavor is, or what it is supposed to be, but it is one of the most foul tasting energy drinks I've tasted. I bought 2 cans and drank one. I pitched the other one. It made me sick to my stomach.
 
GURU lite (they sell this at Vitamin Shoppe) is also equally as bad. It is in a gray and white can.


It tastes like cigarettes and warm beer.
 
Wow glad i dint try the rooster one./ They have 4 different ones in Springfield where i go to visit my friend...be sure to steer clear.

Really? I dont think i had the lite....Nope, just checked the can.
I dint mind it, i remember it gave me a decent boost.
Bought it at a Organic shop i used to drop into before i was broke...(damn new car)
 
There can be a substantial taste change between sugar/sugar-free I've noticed.

I also have a few cans chilling from China. I can't read what's written on them. They are not fullsized, I think they are only 8oz. Still have a ton of sugar in them too.


I also recently had this energy drink called. 'Bomba'.

I had the black energy one.

It tastes good. The bottle is awesome. Probably my favorite container.

haha that is pretty cool.

Try Venom if you havent. Comes lo-carb and regular. Great tasting. I got mine a a Citgo gas station.

I way 160 and 3 scoops may wake me up....slightly...this is after about a year of usage
 
My favorite of all time was the original Speed Stack by ABB WITH ephedrine. That stuff was the all time greatest. I would be in my glory if they brought back the original formula!!! :woohoo::woohoo:
