Hey!! There is a thought of the day, lol.
It's not all hereditary though. It's probably just as much influence to the child by simply being around a fat dad or fat parents who dont eat right and don't necessarily encourage or force activity on the child. Even if they did force healthy activity and diet, when the child hits teen years, they'll just view their parents as hypocritical and wont likely take heed to their request in being healthy. In my opinion, parental influence is the largest factor in anything about a person/child.
