Article: New York Trying To Ban DMAA

The nanny-state is alive and well in NY. The politicians here are among the most craven in all the land, and that's saying a lot. And they roll out Jose Canseco as an authority on this? What a joke.
 
Yeah ban law abiding citizens from carrying guns to protect themselves, ban dmaa... But pass laws encouraging abortion. What a state.
 
Yet I don't see one politician banning cigarettes which kills 400,000 people a year. But then again why would they kill their cash cow? Hypocrites.
 
I am all for troops but war kills soldiers. Who knows what else they even took or had misdiagnosed issues.

I am no a child nor a teenager I am a responsible intelligent adult. It is the parents job to protect the child. If the gov. feels it must have a hand in it, then place an age limit. I've been using Clearshot since its inception with never an ill effect. DMAA complaints are a drop in the bucket compared to Aspirin and Tylenol related emergency room visits. Knee jerk grandstanding, by Mr. Klein Jose Canseco ....Really? Give me an F'ing Break!!
 
hey all you have to do is 'to place a meaningful warning label on these products' and it will be ok, lol or would that just increase sales???

Touche. The feds take $4.50 of every $5 that the tobacco mfg's make on tobacco products. A HUGE revenue-builder for them...

That entirely depends on what end of the act that you stand upon...

Either way, the State has a right to do those things. Because of those stupid laws, I'll choose to live elsewhere. That's what makes America still a decent place to live - I have a choice to not participate in such things.
