Article: NEVER SQUAT AGAIN: SINGLE-LEG TRAINING FOR SERIOU

Split squats are great, but I don't know about "never squat again". Fix your mobility issues / weaknesses, use split squats in the meantime, and then squat like a beast after.

I have a couple disk issues, but after some mobility work, PT and such, I've been able to squat again and find it almost necessary for back health. A strong back = a strong spine.
