Article: Nature or Chemicals for a snack??

Horrible. I bet there are plenty of other errors too. Proofreading does wonders. The amount of brainpower behind this common sense article is astounding.

Still doesn't mask the facts of how food additives mess with your body.
Sure the article seems like a 9 year old wrote it. But the underlying message is the same, the stuff simply isn't healthy.

Love the article! That's crazy how company's can put all this s*** in there foods and sell them to people!

Wow! I kinda knew they were not good because of nutritional value, but didn't know all of these chemicals were in there. SHI*! Thanks FitNut

Not everyone is an expert in nutrition/ fitness. I actually got a lot of from this article. I also know a lot of people who would benefit from reading this.

True, but that should be common sense imo. When would synthetic/processed ever be better than a pure/natural source of food healthwise? I'm not trying to be mr negative, but it doesn't take a genious to know that food additives aren't great for you compared to a pure, clean and natural source of food. If people need an article to tell them this, then I think there is a bit of a problem with society these days.

In retrospect, there is a lot wrong with society. People scarf these down. Same with processed fast foods and freezer foods. Claiming they're "meals" it's an epidemic.
